    <description>&lt;P&gt;In incident form i created an ui action 'Request Document' . when i click the ui action it will open a pop up like requred documents is input string filed when type any test in that i should update the data in journal field(remaks) i want to trigger when ever agent clicks the ui action and i want to trigger flow only for the agent .but my case i was&amp;nbsp; triggering for every update in the jounra field for both agent and customer .i need it should trigger only when agent clicked the ui&amp;nbsp; action only is it possible&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
