Flow Designer Journal field script

In incident form i created an ui action 'Request Document' . when i click the ui action it will open a pop up like requred documents is input string filed when type any test in that i should update the data in journal field(remaks) i want to trigger when ever agent clicks the ui action and i want to trigger flow only for the agent .but my case i was triggering for every update in the jounra field for both agent and customer .i need it should trigger only when agent clicked the ui action only is it possible
