    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi to all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I created an email script that generates Approval and Rejection mail. However, when I try to reply back to our instance the email is not process as a reply type email. It is considered as "new". I included the "RE:" prefix and even added a watermark on the notification as I believe this is one of the conditions for processing inbound action. Am I missing other steps aside from this one?&amp;nbsp; We have existing inbound action but they are correc&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you check for the mail received and try to locate the inbound action processed for the mail. You can find that form the mail logs for each mail sent/received's related list.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi Jaspal Singh, yes I did look on the email logs and I mostly the existing inbound actions are skipped.
