ACL: I want to show assignment group, assigned to reference field in case tabl for snc_external role

I have created read ACL for the Assignment group. Assigned to field in case table as well as task table, when I try to impersonate the snc_external user, they can't see both fields,

Please check for query_range or any existing field level (assignment group/assigned to) ACLs on the case table and confirm whether a UI Policy or client script is hiding the 'assignment group' and 'assigned to' fields?"

Multiple ACLs have been created for different roles. UI Policies and Client Scripts have been reviewed, and no restrictions were found for these fields.

did you use access analyzer and debug which ACL is blocking?

When I impersonate a user with snc_external, I dont have access to analyzer

I am referring with admin, access analyzer is used by admins to debug the ACL

Please check that and see which one is blocking

Hello @Karthik152 ,

As I can see, there are multiple ACLs for the assignment_group field. So, as Ankur sir said, use access analyzer by going to Access Analyzer -> Analyze Permission and put the values in the required field, and you will see the blocked records.

Thanks for the feedback, Read Access is blocked eventhough ACL is created for it, how we can grant permission for it?

Add your role to the existing ACL and check if that is working.
