Hello Community,

Is it possible to automate user provisioning with Google Directory?? If a user field is updated in Google Directory, that field also needs to be updated in ServiceNow.

This would be similar to the Azure integration for ServiceNow AD (LDAP) with Microsoft Azure.

Hi Sandeep,

According to the link, a change in SN will update Google user data.

The behavior I'm looking for is when a change in Google user data will also update SN user data.
