Obsivesly the Journey will start from ServiceNow basics - Welcome to serviceNow course on ServiceNow university, Welcome to ServiceNow Micro Certification, ServiceNow Admin fundamentals course and once you are through with all functional aspects then you can look into the youtube videos from Channel - Learn and Grow from Atul Grover, where he is teaching complete BA Part.
