Plugin questions (Release Notes)

Hi,

I recently updated our Dev instance with the latest round of plugin updates. One of our internal clients had questions about one of the updates. Does ServiceNow have a team that specializes in questions related to Plugin updates? Should I just post the question related to the update here?

Can you let us know what the question is? We recommend opening a HI case if it is a specific question about plugin updates.

Sure, the question was related to the GRC: Policy and Compliance Management. One of our internal users asked the following question:

For the query-range ACLs they’re implementing, do we know if that will automatically be applied to certain fields (as opposed to just available for us to apply going forward), and if so, which ones?

ServieNow donot provid emuch details about the Plugins ex:- That is there code and what is their Design etc. Positing question here will not solve any purpose, if you have a specific question about any feature- Either you can check release notes or you can better raise a HI Case with ServiceNow. May be they will be able to provide you insight.
