PDIs are inaccessble and at time the signon to Developer.service-now.com comes w=up with a 404 error

I’m experiencing the issue on firefox, chrome and Safari browsers.

This is the error that i get on the PDIs

"Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue

Firefox detected an issue and did not continue to devxx403.service-now.com. The website is either misconfigured or your computer clock is set to the wrong time.

It’s likely the website’s certificate is expired, which prevents Firefox from connecting securely.

What can you do about it?

devxx403.service-now.com has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site.

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem."

I am unable to get to the pdi and some folks cannot log in to developer.servicenow.com

Hi @Victor Peinado,

there is some issue with certificates/tokens. There is nothing you can do but wait... retry tomorrow.

This is has been reported today by many people, my PDI works just fine so it is not impacting everybody but it will be a significant number of users.

Plaese retry it once a while and wait until tomorrow.

If you don't mind losing the data or your progress, you can release and request a brand new PDI but you will lose your stuff because it will be a new instance...

Also, some users mentioned errors in Edge or Firefox and not having it in different browsers, you can also try but no guarantee it will help.
