Unable to Access Developer Instance – Redirection Issue & Certificate Error

Hi All

I’m facing an issue accessing my ServiceNow developer instance. Initially, I was getting the "Your connection is not private" error after clicking on Start Building.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

Cleared browser history and cookies

Tried accessing on both Chrome and Edge

Verified that my system time and date are correct

Update:
Earlier I was getting the certificate error as mentioned above. But now, the page redirects to servicenow.com instead of opening my developer instance.

This issue started after 5 PM IST yesterday and has persisted since then. The instance was working fine before that.

Could you please check if there’s any known issue or if action is needed from my side?

Hi @pushkarajk

it's been a bigger issue impacting some PDIs, now it shall be fixed. It was nothing you could do.
