I want to build some AI based solution using servicenow for my company. Need suggestions and specific learning which should have lab exercises so that I can practice here and implement solution in my organization.

"I want to build some AI based solution" :))) it's like going to the car repair shop saying "I want to repair my car"... I hope you solution isn't like my car, the mechanics would always find something to repair but it's easier for all to tell them what's the issue I'd like them to take a look at... 😄

Please really provide some more details - do you want to create an app to collect data, manipulate data, inform users... it could be a form, widget, or notification... if you want some ideas, please specify what's the company's focus - technology, pharma, bank, insurance, public institution, ......... do they use ITSM, HR, both?
