    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello team,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;for global search in the ESC portal, I added some keywords in the &lt;U&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Meta&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/U&gt;field of the record producer. For example, for the record producer named &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Flexible Work Arrangement,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; I added the following keywords in the Meta field: &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;flexible work arrangement, flexible, work arrangement, arrangement&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;. However, I am facing an issue — when I search using any one of the above keywords, the record producer does not appear. For some record producers, the search works fine, but for others, it does not.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;check if "&lt;STRONG&gt;No search&lt;/STRONG&gt;" is marked as True for that record producer&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Navigate to System Definition &amp;gt; Text Indexes, find the relevant table (catalog item), and click "Regenerate Text Index".&lt;/P&gt;

Try the same in incognito mode once and see if it works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Clear the cache and then check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. If it still doesn't work - try following :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Out of Box we have property "glide.ts.max_wildcard_expansion", which sets the maximum number of matches for a wildcard term that are allowed as unambiguous. Because, there are over 500, the search returns no results.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Modify property and set to a higher threshold.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;b. That means your keywords won’t be used in search results unless you adjust it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; Regenerate Text Indexes for Both Metadata and Task Tables (Navigate to System Definition → Text Indexes, regenerate indexes for both tables to ensure your metadata is fully searchable)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you found my response helpful, please mark it as &lt;STRONG&gt;‘Accept as Solution’&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;‘Helpful’&lt;/STRONG&gt;.
