    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am currently doing the associate system administrator, course in service now and facing an issue with one of the tasks. A filter is not working properly due to which I am unable to complete the task and since most of the task interconnected, I am unable to proceed further as well.&lt;BR /&gt;I checked with my colleagues and they were able to complete it without any problem. Optimally what was required and what did you do...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was it required impersonating? When you validate your task and upon failure there are some hints where to look at, please share this as well...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From your description it's not cleat "something isn't working but your colleague had no problem" - that's not enough to help you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
