Once CSA is done - you can start Technical Project Manager journey or BPC (Business Process Consultant Journey) -as we dont have any customer success Journey is Servicenow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;OR&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6.
