Hi @PrajjvalSiG,

What certificate was it? The Webassessor only shows mainline (CSA, CAD, CISs etc) and micro-certs.

The others are called badges and can be found here (just scroll down) :

https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/learning-dashboard

To verify your certifications, navigate to this official page:

https://partnerportal.service-now.com/partnerhome?id=verify_certificate

Search for your name, there you will see your active certifications.

It might be possible that you had more accounts and perhaps you merged them, sometimes merging is not 100 % correct.

Under the link above, you will see how many profiles are associated with your name.

If you took it in less than 24 hours ago, it might need some time to start being visible, if you took it in the past, then have you taken the corresponding Delta exam (yearly you need to keep your cert active) but I guess you would see your credentials just with expired status.

In case of issues, create a case for ServiceNow University team:

https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-help-center?id=nl_kb_home

Please let me know what is missing and I can help you decide whether it's correct or not...

The truth is, I edited my original post but it was two days before you published yours, which clearly points to your plagiarism.

I’m not upset that you’re sharing publicly available links, that’s totally fine. But next time, please use your own words. And if you feel my version is better, at least credit the source with a link: https://www.servicenow.com/community/community-central-forum/certification-status-issue/m-p/3376493/highlight/true#M4577

This isn’t just about basic respect and a standard not only in this community but in all aspects of life.

Would eventual accepting of this answer make you feel satisfied?

@Community Alums no, you just need to cover the yearly maintenance fee two times (it's a prerequisite to be able taking Delta Exams that keep your certifications valid for one more year), otherwise you can have as many accounts as you think that you need. But one is easier to maintain than more than one 😛
