      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/104980"&gt;@Barthelemy Ntor&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I haven’t run into issues with my own PDI today, but I often see quite a few posts from others mentioning the same “offline/maintenance” status. A couple of things worth noting:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;PDIs don’t have official support, so sometimes the only option is to wait.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;In many cases, the instance comes back online within a day or so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don’t want to wait, you can release the current instance and request a new one, but keep in mind that all your data will be lost. You can try to refresh the instance and wait for it come back in few hours.
