Hi @ianwer99,

If you’re not seeing any alerts in the Express List during Lab 7.3, a couple of things to double-check:

Did you complete Lab 7.2: Activate Now Assist Alert Analysis skill successfully, and is the skill showing as Active?
In the Express List, check if there are any filters applied on the left-side panel.
Sometimes active filters can hide the alerts.

Once both are verified, impersonate John Parker, open the Service Operations Workspace, and the alerts should appear in the Express List as shown in the snapshot.
