It looks like the webpage at https://randaprod.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sc_task.do%3Fsys_id=4416c14647e306108c9dbbeb416d4374%26sysparm_stack=sc_task_list.do%3Fsysparm_query=active=true might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Hi @smelnick ,

As far as I can see from the URL, this is a company ServiceNow instance. Hence, it could be that you need to connect to VPN or other solution to reach the destination. I would take contact yo your admin/network team t ounderstand what is needed to access the URL.
