      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/981447"&gt;@R_MART2025&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;List Layout&lt;/STRONG&gt; → make sure you’re in the right view (Default / Workspace / etc.).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;In &lt;STRONG&gt;Agent Workspace or Configurable Workspace&lt;/STRONG&gt;, incidents open in tabs by design; in classic UI, records open in new windows, not tabs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
