      <description>&lt;P&gt;I remember it was possible to link up to 5 accounts together without need to merge as an individual might work for multiple companies. But I cannot find it anymore...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And you lost your RS badge? &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_open_mouth:"&gt;😮&lt;/span&gt; I'd expect that SN team would assist on that, so sorry to hear that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After merge I was able to login, then 2 days later it just gone, tried reaching out to support and admins but it didn't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And my account no longer exists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happened with so many others. I learned it hard way use your personal account, when you switch companies, you might lose your community badges and points.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ServiceNow account merging process don't always work, I have also seen so many even lost their certifications.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, for certification I am also using my company account, I didn't get into any issues with certification, however I always setup MFA and account recovery emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Always verify your certifications/credits/points even after updating/merging id. Login to account regularly after merge/update, sometimes you lost access/certification after some time (1-2 weeks), this happened with me I lost access to community portal even after verifying I can access after merging, however my now learning history was intact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
