Extending the Personal Credit Card table

I was asked to add a field for the last 4 digits of credit card number instead of adding a new field to the Personal Credit card table I extended this table and made a new table Personal Credit Card extension which has this field .I added some data to the table and this data also is added to Person al credit card tables as it inherits them from the extended table ,my problem is when i try to create a service case for example to close a credit card and I choose 1 of the consumers i added in the extension table no cards are shown in the credit card account field, unlike when I add a new credit card to the original personal credit card table i can find the credit card of the customer I choose .

In picture 1 you can see the personal credit card extension table which is an extension to the personal credit card table and i added a column called last 4 digits as you see i created a credit card called the green emerald for a customer named youssef

I also created a card called the northern wolf to youssef in the original personal credit card table .It also inherited the card called the green emerald from the extended table .

when i enter the financial services workspace and try to make a close credit card service case for youssef the credit card that appears is the card made in the origianal personal credit card table while the card created in the extension table doesnt appear .

I extended the table personal credit card and made a table called personal credit card extension In where i added a field called last 4 digits .I created a credit card called the green emerald for customer youssef .

In the original personal credit card table i created a card for youssef named the northern wolf and also the record for the green emerald appears to be there so i assume it is inherited from the extended table.

When i open the financial services workspace and i try to open a service case in where I close credit card for customer youssef only the card named Northern wolf appears while the card green emerald i created in the extended tavle doesnt appear
