question How to restrict the Knowledge base and article visibility in the Word document in Community Central forum

Hi All,

Recently, we completed an integration between ServiceNow and Word documents. Now, users are able to create and edit articles directly from Word, and everything is working fine. However, the visibility restriction is broken. From Word, anyone can create an article under any knowledge base, whereas in the native view, there are restrictions where only specific groups can create articles for certain knowledge bases. From Word, they are able to create articles in all knowledge bases. How can we restrict this? Also, while creating an article, how can we add metadata in the Word document?
