Hi @Manal Aquil,

it will be still valid. In some sense you can have 10 accounts and pass your exams in each of them, but why? 😉

Having more than one accounts will also be resulting in more records in this page below (so you might have for example CSA in one line and CIS in another):

https://partnerportal.service-now.com/partnerhome?id=verify_certificate

But for sharing your certs you can use Credly, so there's no problem at all.

Also, you can merge your accounts, at the SN University you can request that.

As you mentioned Webassessor be aware of the upcoming change on 17th November 2025:

KB0013209 | Transitioning from Webassessor to Pearson VUE FAQ

KB0010208 | Merging (merge) my email (accounts),transfer certifications, badges & vouchers to new email

Let me know whether that helped or if you need more details

PS: if you are from India, there might be 50 % discount for claiming the CSA voucher

Good luck with your exam!

Why do you need to pay for the exam if you are working with ServiceNow Partner ?

In case you want to take the exam by paying the fees, certifications will be still valid and you can also link your Webassessor personal ID with ServiceNow University profile

https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/credentials/link-your-webassessor-account-to-now-learning?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0010305

FYI, ServiceNow is changing exam provider from Webassessor to Pearson VUE from Nov 18, 2025

Transitioning from Webassessor to Pearson VUE FAQ - ServiceNow University

If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.

Thanks,

Bhuvan

Hi @Manal Aquil ,

First thing you should be aware that November onwards webassessor will be replaced with Pearson.

https://www.servicenow.com/community/training-and-certifications/article-bye-webassessor-hello-pears...

So my suggestion will be hold on - let this transition be completed and then you can schedule your exam on Pearson. If your employer is a servicenow partner company then yes you should link your webassessor with your official email id. If you are working with partner company and you have the partner portal access - All trainings and vouchers will be free for you [Check with your management for Partner portal access]. I guess you need to complere on demand training again and get the voucher again (as your certifications were on older version of Servicenow so complete training on new version).

If you have any further question, You can ask again.

@Manal Aquil now I realised that after passing any mainline certifications (CSA, CAD, CISs) - you need to take Delta exam once a year to keep your certification valid and it goes together with a yearly mainteanance fee, I don't remember exactly but I guess it was around 150-200 USD + taxes.

So if you would have a personal account, you will need to pay this maintenance fee to be able taking the Delta exam(s) and also the Partner account which will most likely cover this for you.

So it's not only extra efforts to maintain your certs, it costs you also more than to merge it into one and use that...

Refer to this KB0011172 | Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) FAQ

It depends on the Enterprise Training Agreement your Organization has with ServiceNow for learning and certifications.

https://www.servicenow.com/content/dam/servicenow/other-documents/schedules/enterprise-training-agreement-terms-and-conditions.pdf

I know many ServiceNow Partner Organizations that has ETA with ServiceNow that comes with on-demand learning and Mainline certifications as part of the agreement. It might vary from case to case depending on the agreement between Organization and ServiceNow and level of partnership. Expert Programs CTA and CMA are not covered as part of this.

Hope it clarifies !

Thanks,

Bhuvan

Yes, the link you shared confirms it: "ServiceNow Partner Program Partners in the Elite or Global Elite designation can purchase entitlements for ServiceNow Training and Certification Products in accordance with the following packages."

So it's not for free... or is it? If you are a company that will become Partner tomorrow, you need to make this ETA contract to get packages, but you won't get it for free. But if you know how to get it for free, then make business from it or tell me and we will be disgustingly rich, I can tell you. that 😄

If you go through the link, it explains the different packages available for Enterprise Training Agreement. It is never a free program provided by ServiceNow rather covered by agreement between Partner Organization and ServiceNow and it has its own terms & conditions and confidential master agreement executed between the involved parties.

As an employee, if your Organization is partner of ServiceNow and have ETA agreement that provides Mainline certifications, you can avail it is what I meant. I know many Organizations who has ETA with ServiceNow that provides On-demand learning content and Mainline certifications as part of this agreement.

Might be worth to add, check your level of partnership and Enterprise Training Agreement between your Organization and ServiceNow in future posts to avoid any misconceptions.

Thanks,

Bhuvan

Hi @Bhuvan
