    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, nicolesnide &amp;amp; Allen Van de Wa...&amp;nbsp;that worked!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here it is for those still having issues with the instruction:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to Knowledge &amp;gt; Articles &amp;gt; Create New&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When picking the Template, select Policy&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right-click on the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;form header&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(where it displays 'Policy New record').&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Choose:&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Configure &amp;gt; Form Layout&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On the pop-up window, select Not Now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Add the three items from the Available section to the Selected section (Overview, Purpose, Policy Details), at the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;bottom of the list, in that order.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Save, and then Validate&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

I think the problem is in the right order of fields but the screenshot in the task does not show all of them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I followed these steps but still encountered this issue. Even tried updating the capitalization on 'details' as the lab graphic on this task doesn't match the prior task's requirements (Policy &lt;U&gt;D&lt;/U&gt;etails vs Policy &lt;U&gt;d&lt;/U&gt;etails).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I wonder if it was because I misspelt one column Label in the prior task, then corrected it to pass that task but then got stuck on this task...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the end, completed all other tasks and had to 'submit' the simulator at 89%.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, nicolesnide &amp;amp; Allen Van de Wa...&amp;nbsp;that worked!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here it is for those still having issues with the instruction:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to Knowledge &amp;gt; Articles &amp;gt; Create New&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When picking the Template, select Policy&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right-click on the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;form header&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(where it displays 'Policy New record').&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Choose:&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Configure &amp;gt; Form Layout&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On the pop-up window, select Not Now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Add the three items from the Available section to the Selected section (Overview, Purpose, Policy Details), at the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;bottom of the list, in that order.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Save, and then Validate&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
