Voucher Expiring

I have a CSA voucher expiring on August 16th, and there's scheduled maintenance from August 13th to August 27th, 2024. I was planning to take the exam on August 14th.

Will the expiry date of my voucher be extended to September 30th?

Additionally, could you advise whether it would be better to take the exam in Vancouver or Washington as of now?

Please check with ServiceNow on following email address for extension-

certification@servicenow.com

Would recommend Washington as you won't need to give multiple Delta exams.

You have to schedule your exam on or before 13th August in that case.

Nop, you need to schedule your exam before 13th of august - the exam can be after, but the scheduling needs to happen.

YES your voucher will be extended, just like Webassessor mentions.

Vancouver or Washington, there won't be a huge difference. Sure a few questions could be more Washington specific, though it won't be like half the exam is updated 😅. 5 questions max. I can tell from experience or what others have been answering in the past.
