Hi @Amin2 ,

When you are registering for a course on Servicenow University they are sending credentials to access E- book. ServiceNow University will send you an email titled "Important: Welcome to your ServiceNow-Inkling Account and eBook Library". Check this Email for your credentials to access E Book. Recently Servicenow stopped providing Ebook with many courses, althouogh they were providing for CSA.

Once you register the On-demand course in Now Learning University, you will get ebook assigned to your Inkling account. If you have not used Inkling account earlier, check your email that will contain the steps to register and access Inkling library.

I have noticed few users having login access to Inkling for first time, if you are not able to resolve the issue on your own, create a Now Learning support case and team will help to setup your account for initial login
