question Lab Instance Terminated in Community Central forum

Hi All,

I've just been working through the ServiceNow System Administrator course and my lab instance appears to have crashed and prompted me to refresh. When I've gone back to my Learning Course, the Instance Status is 'Terminated' however I never requested this myself. When I click on the Lab Instance link in my email it just sticks on 'Waking Instance'

Is there any way I can reactivate this or do I need to request a new instance and carry out all the tasks again?

Appreciate any help

Richie

Hi @richgib ,

Once a lab instance shows as "Terminated", it unfortunately can’t be reactivated. The data and configuration within that instance are no longer available.

You’ll need to request a new lab instance and continue your course with the new instance.

Lab instance information

If my response helped, please mark it as the accepted solution so others can benefit as well.

Hi @richgib ,

the short answer is no. you can only request a new instance but of course without the modification that you have done.
