It will be either Open or Awake instance.. to get it up and running may take some time, be prepared for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if this answers your question or if you need more details because from your vague description it's not clear....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello GlideFather,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the follow-up. &lt;P&gt;You cant downgrade your PDI as it is on Zurich Now. What you can try is to get a fresh PDI with your other email id and there- you can select option for Xanadu version.(if it is displaying that version while allocating PDI).&lt;/P&gt;
