I have 5 Years of experience in ServiceNow HR and transitioning into ServiceNow Development, but companies are not giving opportunities to such candidates, asking for relevant experience only tried 6 months so suggest any way to get job this ServiceNow Development entry level.

there are no specific way to get the job. I worlds suggest that you train, build and develop to learn the stuff, an then apply, apply and apply….

Learn Javascript and development, your basics should be very clear. Try to get few use cases from the internet and try to implement all those. Learn integration as well and try to implement few in PDI. Once you are comfortable, you can showcase your experience in development (may be you can show less experience as expectations will be less from you). Then start applying and ready to be failed in initial few interview (Just collect questions and after interview- find the answers and be ready for next interview). Initially you may not be able to survive 10-15 min in interview but after few interviews and preparaing the questions asked in previous interview- you may be able to survive 15-20 min (just example). The day you will be able to survive 30 min in interview then it can be clicked any day. Anyday may be yours.
