anybody experiences the same problem? i have tried with different browser types and still to no avail.

Hello @zamriy,
Yes, same here. Since this morning I’ve been unable to play any course videos too. It shows a Server Error: Video – Error Code: VIDEO_CLOUD_ERR_VIDEO_RETRIEVE_FAILURE.

Hi @zamriy - I'm guessing this was part of the global AWS disruption and has now been resolved?
