Greetings

I want to complete ServiceNow CSA exam but i dont know the online sources where i could enroll and the website/training institute would do all from there end and share some discount while applying.

The content on you tube is scattered and so does on Now learning
I checked the Micro certification and other nut i am looking for systematic approach to finish this asap.

Systematic approach:-

1. Navigate to ServiceNow univerity and complete welcome to servicenow course.

2. Complete welcome to Servicenow Micro certification.

3. Complete Servicenow Admin fundamentals training.

4. Once done- claim your voucher (By paying full amount, if you are from India - NASSCOMCSA code ill give you 50% discount - https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp?id=futureskillsprime. If you are working with a company which is servicenow partner then voucher may be free for you).

5. Once you got the voucher, check CSA exam blueprint and prepare yourself. - https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/credentials/certified-system-administrator-mainline-exam-blueprint?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0011554

6. Once ready (as voucher is valid for 1 year) - Navigate to webassessor site before 1st november and after 18th novemeber- naviagte to perason site (as pearson is new exam partner for Servicenow). Enroll yourself for exam. Enrolling details are available on webassessor site only.

Read CSA Ebook 2-3 times properly word by word and it will be sufficient. Practice on PDI. If you ant ome reference hat kind of quetions are coming in exam then google for - Quizlets and flascards and practice. Although answers of t hese may or may not be correct so refer questions and find answers on your own, don't just rely on their answers.

Thanks for sharing the detailed response.

Although what i am looking for is the following:

1) Live class from step1 to last step. I have worked on ServiceNow for over 7 years now and know how things work, but when it comes to certification, technical jargons and other terminologies may be a deciding factor.

2) Help me in cracking the certification

3) Obtain extra discount while opting the course from that online institute (what I am referring here is, recently I have completed ITIL4 certification through Simplilearn, where they took care of everything and I just need to concentrate on the learning.

So, if any Video content or Live Classes which has everything in a structed format that could be great.

What I am targeting: ServiceNow CSA
