Clicking the edit pencil icon on the Multi-Row Variable Set does not open the expected MRVS form

Clicking the edit pencil icon on the Multi-Row Variable Set does not open the expected MRVS form. Shown is above screenshots on cancel and save button appearing but not multirow variable set variable.

Please help me how to solve it.

@abhishekraman what other client scripts/UI policies are running on your catalog item/variable set?

1. Some script seems to hide the variables.

2. Inspect the page after clicking on edit and check for any errors in console.

Any browser console error?

was this working fine earlier?

1. it is OOTB

2.Any browser console error yes -

404 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404

TypeError: mespClosePopupUnregister is not a function

3. previously working fine.

4.recently not upgraded

search if you have used mespClosepopupunregustered in any script.

you need to disable that script and try.

is this happening with every MRVS in your instance or only this one?

if only this one then try to create a fresh and see if it comes again as issue in that catalog item

happening with particular catalog item, If I am removing Lookup select Box variable from MRVS then working fine else not working

The issue could be with lookup select box variable as well like some script on lookup select box or erroneous reference qualifier.

any script is working on that lookup select box variable?

did you try searching mespClosepopupunregustered method in any of your catalog client script or UI policy ?

Try below:

1. Change the lookup table.

2. Change the lookup fields.

3. If this does not work, try creating new lookup variable.

clear cache and login again, then repeat it
verify the rights
- it seems that create is ok
- but write is not ok

Does it happen for all the users or just some? Is it only this MRVS variable or more?

yes, still not working and very slow mrvs form loading.
