An incident has already been created for this, but so far there hasn’t been any progress. I’m really concerned about potentially losing all my previous community posts, ranking, and the countless hours of effort that went into them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Incident ID: INC1470202&lt;BR /&gt;The issue occurred after the account merge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would really appreciate any assistance on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Get a ServiceNow ID&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 3: Click "Not yet a ServiceNow Partner?"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 4: Give your new email address (from new employer) and other details&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 5: You will get an activation link&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 6: Activate the account&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 7: Your employer will approve your partner access&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 8: Login to partner portal with your new credentials&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 9: Merge your old ID with New ID&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
