Close a Requested item as soon as it's created

Long story short I have a catalogue item that creates an interaction. As per standards, an RITM is also created. I want this RITM to be closed or deleted as soon as it's created and I've tried several different business rules to help with this. I'm obviously missing something as none have worked. I'm trying to use Flow designer (see picture attached). Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Thanks for this. What conditions did you set for Updated Requested item. Was it closed /deleted?

No i am marking RITM to Close Incomplete and state as Closed Skipped

there is no condition

Thanks so much @Bhavya11 . This would work except for how I've created the interaction. As the catalogue item comes first I'm happily deleting it, however the interaction doesn't get created. Back to the drawing board:)
