I have tried also the chat bot to solve the issue but I am given the response ""I'm having technical issues and won't be able to continue this conversation."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I saw some posts in the community identifying you, and you solved a lot of this problems previously.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Best regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Louis Martins&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The issue is I don't receive the OTM email with the 6 digits code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
