      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to specifically ask about manually deleting a hardware asset. If you are bulk adding asset information, and duplicate an old hardware asset. Is it safe to manually delete the duplicated asset. On the bottom of the record is a timestamp, clearly showing which record is the newest (duplicate) If anyone could provide actual ServiceNow instruction, or an entry on this. I would greatly appreciate it. I understand randomly deleting an asset that's been in the system is an issue. But this is an existing Hardware asset is duplicated, then immediately deleted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
