      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To enforce the organization's change management policy, an&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;emergency change&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;should only be able to be created from&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;P1 or P2&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;incidents.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Edit the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Change Landing Page&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;to disable the ability to raise an&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Emergency change&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;through that method.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hint&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Navigate to Change &amp;gt; Change Models&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. The&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Create Emergency Change&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;UI action should be modified to only be visible&amp;nbsp;on P1/P2 incidents&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hint&lt;/STRONG&gt;: Make sure you open and modify the UI action related to the Incident [incident] table!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
