&lt;P&gt;A better place to ask it would be the &lt;A href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/itsm/ct-p/it-service-management" target="_self"&gt;ITSM forum&lt;/A&gt; - you'll get better visibility there from the right experts.&lt;/P&gt;
