vouchers were never free, not for CSA and nor for CAD.

Also, just yesterday a new exam platform Pearson was introduced and legacy Webassessor is no longer supported. With this transition, vouchers are no longer issued, so basically from yesterday there's no such a thing like voucher in the ServiceNow University.

ServiceNow has transitioned all certification exams, including CSA and CAD, from Webassessor to Pearson VUE. With this change, ServiceNow no longer provides exam vouchers through the Webassessor platform.

All exam registrations and payments are now handled directly through Pearson VUE, and voucher-based registrations from the previous system are no longer supported.
