    <description>&lt;P&gt;After lot of searching and completing the learning path of CSA i just not found the voucher section for enrolling in for the exam, before the update i have the voucher and after the update to PearsonVue it got vanished and no relevant suggestion and article post for it .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The process has changed recently (on 18th of November) and vouchers are no longer used. I was also surprised but this is the solution I received from ServiceNow Support and it worked perfectly fine for me. You just need to register for the exam from the course which previously granted you the voucher:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you register for an exam, you can&amp;nbsp;select LC and therefore be able to request LCs again from your company.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to your SNU profile&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to My Learning&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select Completed&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Find the course tile, in this case CSM&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Review the course&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;scroll all the way down to the exam page&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;click view exam&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;register for the exam&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you register for the exam, there will be another screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select Confirm to continue. The Pay for Content window opens.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;Pay with Learning credits,&amp;nbsp;and select&amp;nbsp;Continue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;In the window that opens, complete the following:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select the credit pool from which payment will be made. The Request approval section opens.&lt;BR /&gt;IMPORTANT: If your company credit pool is&amp;nbsp;Managed,&amp;nbsp;it requires an approval request to use credits. The pool's credits must be allocated to users by a Learning Credit Manager for users to spend the credits. Users cannot see the entire pool's balance, only the number of credits allocated to them.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select the relevant learning credit managers from the drop-down to assign your paid learning access request.&lt;BR /&gt;NOTE: You can select up to six learning credit managers, except for Expert Programs.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Add notes or comments.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Review the Terms and Conditions.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select Request Credits. A confirmation message that the request has been sent displays.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You can view your learning request: Navigate to and select&amp;nbsp;My University account&amp;nbsp;on the navigation header of SNU. From the menu, select&amp;nbsp;My learning requests. This opens&amp;nbsp;My Requests&amp;nbsp;page to review your request. &lt;P&gt;To clarifying, these instructions are specific to someone who is paying for the exam through their company's 'learning credits' account with ServiceNow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Many (probably most) people will need to pay for the exam themselves by credit card. That option appears after you complete the registration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
