Hi ,

Im doing Lab for report 2.1, and i am not getting the mismatch .

. Configure a Score report

Open Incidents as per the Lab instructions should be 6,884

Im getting 9494 open incidents

Im unable to figure out where i went wrong .

Pls suggest where i went wrong and how to identify and correct , i tried reviewing open incidents again but unable to figure out the issue.

please try to read your question, it's very unclear :)) maybe you can share the requirements and what you did, then we can review it but without having this, nobody can help you :((
