AI search Q&A and Cases /interactions.

Hello all,

We have a different requirement to tie Q&A search results with Cases to verify or report what Agents searched for those cases.

In my research it is not possible because Q&A is completely different there is No any link to cases.

Could you please help to find a way if it is possible ? with Database Views ?
