Best training material would be official ServiceNow Now learning platform.

Get PDI and play around and gets real hands on experience.

If you want to practice you can check Udemy top authors with good rating and latest updated content to practice.

Always check for blue prints of certification before you prepare for certifications.

Welcome to the community and great to have you here. My advice would be to start by understanding the platform fundamentals before rushing into lots of certifications. The ServiceNow Fundamentals course and CSA are a solid starting point, even if you are already technical. Use Now Learning consistently, especially the on-demand courses and labs, and try to apply what you learn in a real instance, even a personal developer instance makes a big difference.

Once you have the basics, choose a path that aligns with your interests, such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or development, and build depth there rather than spreading yourself too thin. Get involved in the community, follow ServiceNow professionals on LinkedIn, attend local meetups or forums, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Hands-on experience plus community learning will take you much further than certifications alone.

The best way to learn is by getting your PDI (Personal Developer Instance) on the developer site and start practicing the Fundamentals. For all official training and certifications, Now Learning is your go-to platform.

For the technical side, focus on JavaScript first. Picking up HTML, CSS, and AngularJS will also help a lot later on.

I’d recommend starting with ITSM as your base. Once you master that, it’s much easier to branch out into CSM or HRSD.
