Interactive Filters on a dasboard not filtering

I am trying to use some interactive filters on a new hardware asset dashboard I am creating and they don't actually filter. Is there something else that needs to happen after adding the filter widgets in order to make them work?

Please share your configuration together with what table/field you're actually trying to filter, then it will be much easier to help you with what is happening.
