And that vary in each region and most likely in time... there are periods where IT companies hire everyone who can read and then followed by years where almost no people are hired :(( so with that extending our knowledge is always good.</STRONG></P><P class=""> </P><P class=""><STRONG>Take some classes as seen below, there are journeys and credentials - both are predefined recommendations what classes to take. Another option are micro-certifications, unless like CSA or CIS these are for free and can serve both ways - show your involvement and willingness to learn new things as well as having that skill.</STRONG></P><P class=""> </P><P class="">You can also learn a lot directly from this Community, just try to filter out the AI nonsense and the rest is very good to learn new things! Only solution is start applying to open positions and train / learn in a PDI.
