Experiencing the same thing when clicking through links from the main www.servicenow.com site. If I do a search for "assign service catalog", the following three links are returned. But all three of them generate a 400 Bad Request error when I click them.

https://servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-platform-user-interface/page/administer/workspace/task/assign-service-catalog.html

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-platform-user-interface/page/administer/workspace/task/assign-service-catalog.html

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-platform-user-interface/page/administer/workspace/task/assign-service-catalog.html

It seems like the new updates to the Docs site can't handle .../docs/bundle/... formatted links.
