user_admin role not able to add/remove users from groups

My user admin account have snc_internal and user_admin. When I try to add/remove users from groups, I get "user is not authorized to perform this action". Please advise.

Check ACLs for [sys_user_grmember] table to see if "user_admin" role is allowed to create/update/delete records in that table.

There are roles assigned to a group that prevents user_admin to add/remove users from groups. The work around is to populate the role's assignable_by field with another role.
