CIS-ITSM Course Instance - No Service Builder

Hello,

I am currently working on my CIS-ITSM certificate and am taking the my learning course CIS-ITSM. While doing the labs I realized that I have no SERVICE BUILDER in my instance. It seems to be a big part of the labs so I'm not really sure where to go from here. I tried terminating my instance multiple times but nothing has changed. Any help with this issue would be much appreciated!

Hi @sanchezmari ,

Have you looked through the training material that you somewhere should go to the plugins and install: sn_service_builder

Hello @AndersBGS ,

I attempted to install the plug in recommend but I keep receiving a failed to install message. I tried the different versions all with the same result. One of my coworker is also working on the ITSM course and also has no service builder in their instance.

I've got the same problem. There is no Service Builder installed and I can't install the plugin, and there is no difference which version I choose. All ends up with the failure that it is not installed.
