Data Privacy and Field Encryption in Service Catalog

Hi All,

I'm looking to implement Data Privacy and/or Field Encryption. I see that a bunch of users put sensitive data in the service catalog RITMs. How do I implement masking there as the variables are not fields but records. Secondly, would applying on all the variables cause any performance impact as the number of RITMs grow.

'you see that a bunch of users put sensitive data in the ritms'. Is this what they are supposed to do, or should you just place a warning that they shouldn't do that?

I'm after Data Privacy and Field Encryption in RITMs i.e. anonymizing sensitive data and/or encrypting them. The links you've sent is about Mobile popup configuration. Doesn't help. Sorry.
