    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I am signed in with my SN account, the new rebuilt Doc site is not working - it keeps 'loading application'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It all works fine when accessing&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.servicenow.com/docs/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;ServiceNow • Docs | ServiceNow&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;as not logged user or in incognito.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Docs now is an app, should it be then listed under my SSO apps available? So my account to be somehow managed by my company admin to add Docs as an app?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not loading doc app at all for me - even with specified exact valid URL.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess it's more about Docs being an app now and app is not added to the account scope.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's still not full working for me either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most of the time, (if&amp;nbsp;I'm already logged) when I go to &lt;A href="https://docs.servicenow.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://docs.servicenow.com&lt;/A&gt;, I get redirected to &lt;A href="https://servicenow.com/docs/" target="_blank"&gt;https://servicenow.com/docs/&lt;/A&gt; and am presented with a "Loading application..." message and animated gif that never does anything and the page never ever loads.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="JoeWalters_0-1770751815748.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.servicenow.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/500846i943C3A6D27D8F155/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="JoeWalters_0-1770751815748.png" alt="JoeWalters_0-1770751815748.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Occasionally, however, I can get to the docs home page after I'm logged in, but it's erratic at best.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regardless if I'm logged in/out or in incognito (but assuming I can get to a point where I can do a search), if I then do a search, I'm confident I'm not seeing all results like I used to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For instance, if I go to the ServiceNow home page (not docs, but servicenow.com) and search for "assign service catalog", I'm presented with docs articles named "Assign Service Catalog to workspace" for the 3 most recent versions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="JoeWalters_2-1770751983575.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.servicenow.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/500848i577F54C81FAF0994/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="JoeWalters_2-1770751983575.png" alt="JoeWalters_2-1770751983575.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I click any of these links (below), it tries to redirect me to the related articles within the Docs site but I get a Bad Request error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-platform-user-interface/page/administer/workspace/task/assign-service-catalog.html" target="_self"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Assign Service Catalog to a workspace&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;(Yokohama)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-platform-user-interface/page/administer/workspace/task/assign-service-catalog.html" target="_self"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Assign Service Catalog to a workspace&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;(Xanadu)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-platform-user-interface/page/administer/workspace/task/assign-service-catalog.html" target="_self"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Assign Service Catalog to a workspace&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;(Washington DC)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="JoeWalters_3-1770752359913.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.servicenow.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/500849i99196DAB6FC543E1/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="JoeWalters_3-1770752359913.png" alt="JoeWalters_3-1770752359913.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm never able to get to the docs articles that I&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;know&lt;/EM&gt; are there (or at least &lt;EM&gt;used to be&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;until ServiceNow did all their improvements).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I do the same search within the docs site itself, these articles don't even show up in the search results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even the feedback mechanism is intermittently broken.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="JoeWalters_5-1770752646888.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://www.servicenow.com/community/image/serverpage/image-id/500851i5E909F5CDC8F9CE8/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="JoeWalters_5-1770752646888.png" alt="JoeWalters_5-1770752646888.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
