&lt;P&gt;If you're working on some of the official training material where your lab instance has been reclaimed, then go to the top menu at request a new lab instance (just like you did when started the course)&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.servicenow.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1055864"&gt;@DarrinM&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your instance is terminated, then there is no way back to get that instance.
