Unable to Activate Health and Adoption Tabs in AI Control Tower (Demo Instance)

Hi everyone,

I’m working with a ServiceNow demo instance to explore AI Control Tower, and I’m running into an issue with the dashboard tabs. On the AI Control Tower Home page, I can see most of the dashboard tabs, but the Health and Adoption tabs are missing.

Here’s what I’ve already checked:

Installed all required AI Control Tower plugins
Assigned the necessary roles and groups
Verified the configuration in UI Builder

When I open the experience in UI Builder, both the Health and Adoption tabs appear as inactive, and the reason shown is that they belong to a private scoped application. Because of that, I’m unable to activate or modify them.

❓ My Question

Has anyone encountered this before? How can I activate the Health and Adoption tabs so they appear in the AI Control Tower dashboard? Is there a configuration step, plugin, or permission specific to these tabs that I might be missing—especially in a demo instance?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Here Demo instance means project demo instance or PDI?

If it is PDI, to activate the AI Control Tower in a ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI), navigate to the ServiceNow Store or Plugin Manager to install the application.

Ensure you have the necessary licensing and required roles, to configure the workspace for managing AI models, risk, and governance.

Thank you for the clarification.
This refers to the project demo instance, not a Personal Developer Instance (PDI).

For confirmation, are the configuration steps the same across a PDI, project demo instance, and developer instance as well?
